Ordering Online- How it works.
As soon as you complete your order and payment is made, your information is processed immediately and your part enters the programming department. After leaving the programming department, your part is packaged and shipped using your chosen shipping method. Once you receive your new part, you can use the included prepaid shipping label to send us your old part. When we receive your old part your one-year warranty begins. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call or send us a message.
International orders will be shipped with your choice of carrier. We have accounts with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The choice is up to you. We cannot send you a prepaid return label; you will have make your own arrangements to send us your old part within 30 business days after you receive your new one.
We will ship your part using your chosen shipment method. Keep in mind that your part may not ship the same day that you order, but we will use your chosen shipment method when we do ship. A tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you supply with your order. If no e-mail address is supplied you will not receive tracking info. If there are any questions about shipping or tracking, feel free to give us a call and ask for the shipping department.

This is an electrical part. If you have any questions about this part, please email or call us before you buy. If you order the wrong part we will make an exchange if you pay shipping. If the part is returned within 14 days we will accept a return minus shipping and programming charges.
Paying for your Order
We accept PayPal, Western Union Money Orders, Certified Checks, Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards. The option to pay using COD (Money Order or Certified Check ONLY) is available, please call to request this option.
